Dominating the Battlefield since 2001

2001 - 2006

*R§F* was created by *R§F*Redneck and *R§F*MadMax as an offshoot of NatoSpecialForces.com in 2001 to compete at a top level in the Delta Force series competition scene. *R§F* was one of the oldest Nova World official teams and went on to compete in the rest of the Delta Force series up until Delta Force: BHD.

After MadMax retired and Redneck took a brief break from gaming for personal reasons, RSFsquad.com was taken over by *R§F*Frosti. When Redneck returned, instead of forcing a hostile takover of the group he founded, he went on to found The Orignal Rebels (torsquad.com) in 2006, taking with him some of his most loyal members and friends.

2006 - 2016

The Original Rebels went on to continue dominating the ameteur competition circuit in the Team Warfare League, playing Call of Duty 4, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Modern Warfare 2, and Battlefield 3. As the Battlefield and Call of Duty series started to lose it's tactical nature and more realistic damage models, ToR Squad moved on to the hyper-realistic Arma series.

In 2016, Arma developer Bohemia Interactive released Project Argo, a competition ready game based off of the Arma 3 platform. ToR Squad went on to become the most dominant competitve team in Project Argo, even going as far as some members becoming community consultants for the developers to make the game better and more competitive.

2017 - 2024

Riding high on the massive influx of new members and prestige generated from the success in Project Argo, ToR Squad went on to assimilate the flagging Rebel Special Forces clan in 2017, taking on the name of the squad that Redneck had created nealy two decades before and many of the members he'd recruited over his years there.

Since this time, Rebel Special Forces has continued to dominate every battlefield it's seen, going on to play Arma Reforger, Tarkov, Squad, and finally getting back to it's roots with Delta Force: Hawk Ops.
